Saluting True American Heroes
We came peacefully. World War II. Korea. Vietnam. South America. Grenada. Panama. Persian Gulf. Bosnia. Libya. All points around the globe. Our nation called us and we responded.
As America is led by a spineless president, the majority of American men responded when called upon to serve their country. Many made it home. Some with parts of their body missing. Some no longer the same person mentally. Some of us didn't make it home.
Some of us ended up in a crossfire. Some found a Bouncing Betty the wrong way. Some of us just ran out of luck. Today we honor those friends who never made it back home. They paid the ultimate price for us. |
